About Kendall
Kendall is a licensed therapist and Nationally Certified Counselor. Her personal and professional experiences have led her to a systemic view of whole-body health, meaning that physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health are deeply intertwined. With this focus she seeks to help individuals of all ages engage how this is at play in their individual lives.
Considering the uniqueness of each individual, Kendall seeks to have a client-centered approach using integrative tools that best fit the beliefs, goals, and lifestyles of each person. She has spent additional time training in play therapy techniques as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and currently completing certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through EMDRIA. She enjoys working with concerns related to ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, life-stage transitions, caregiver support, infertility, premarital and couples counseling, parental support, and postpartum challenges.
Kendall enjoys building relationships with her clients and finds it an honor to walk with others in their journey toward healing, wholeness, and authentic living.
