 I'm excited to announce that a colleague, Becca Ubben, has launched her private practice specializing in work with OCD. People tend to use this term casually in reference to people who seem orderly or "particular," even trying to be humorous at times. However, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is a clinical mental health diagnosis and significantly impacts our ability to function on a daily basis, maintain personal relationships, perform at work or school and much more. The impact of OCD on a person's quality of life can be absolutely devastating.
Becca is now accepting new clients. Our area is in need of compassionate and trained clinicians who understand the intricacies of life with OCD and I'm thrilled that Becca is stepping into that place of helping people find healing.
