About Beth
Beth has a passion to help women experience fullness and joy in their lives and relationships. She understands the challenges that women often face and the difficulty they can experience in recognizing and asking for help when needed. Beth honors the unique experiences of her clients and considers it a privilege to support and encourage them through their healing. Her Christian faith guides her belief that freedom, transformation, and healing happen when issues are brought to the light, clarified, and unburdened through the process of counseling. Her hope is for clients to live fully as they were created to be, experiencing hope, joy, and peace.
Beth is dually licensed in Tennessee and Ohio and provides counseling via telehealth. She hold a B.S. in Business Administration and a M.S. in Counseling with School Counseling concentration, both from The University of Tennessee. In addition, she holds a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University and has completed three years of coursework toward her PhD in Counseling Education at The Ohio State University. Beth is completing TN licensure requirements under the supervision of Jodi Clarke, MA, LPC/MHSP(S).
On a personal note, Beth is married to her husband, Greg, and they have a teenage daughter. In her spare time, Beth can usually be found with a great cup of coffee in hand and a good book! Though she now resides in Ohio, Beth grew up and lived most of her adult life in Knoxville, so her East Tennessee roots will always run deep. She loves serving clients in this community and honored for the technology that allows her to do so.
