​​Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or confused by your emotions? You're not alone. Join a compassionate women's group designed to help you untangle the knots of your feelings and find clarity, peace, and strength.

In this group we will learn to name emotions as well as practice healthy ways to express and manage emotions in a safe and supportive space to grow emotionally.

Building Emotional Resiliency in Your Children: A workshop for parents
