Reagan is a mental health professional who works with women of all ages and stages of life. It takes courage to intentionally seek help during life’s tough phases and circumstances. In her work, Reagan desires to offer hope, honest insight, and individualized approaches. Reagan's counseling style is a blend of compassionate listening and direct communication. She seeks to equip clients with healthy responses to times of stress, anxiety, grief, depression, transition, and mental health valleys. Reagan approaches therapy holistically, viewing each person as having both a unique history and potential for future growth.
Reagan believes in the power of building, maintaining, and mending relationships – within self, families, and couples. She works with a combination of therapy modalities, including attachment and parts theories, as well as solution focused. By approaching each person's situation through a distinctive lens, Reagan offers encouragement for self-discovery and empowerment, while identifying mindset patterns, practicing truthful feedback, and fostering personal stability and resiliency. Reagan's aim is to create partnerships based in trust, deepen a client’s view of self, and connect to her client’s resources of support. With the goal of successful collaboration, clients will see opportunities for real-life application, rooted in personal strengths.
Reagan’s professional background includes a MS degree in Counseling with a School Counseling concentration, which she completed in 2004 from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Reagan had the honor of serving as a School Counselor for 15 years, as well as a school consultant/presenter since 2015. Personally speaking, Reagan believes that her relationships with her husband and their two sons are her true life’s work and inspiration.
